CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture.
Similar to other subscription type meal services, customers prepay for a 20 week season (starting the first week of June) at a rate of $30 per week. ($600 for a full 20 week share). Each week CSA subscribers will pick up a bag of fresh produce with 6-8 different Items. For instance, a typical June bag might include a 1/2 pound bag of salad mix, one bunch of radishes, a bunch of kale, 3 heads of broccoli, 1 pint of cherry tomatoes, one bunch of carrots, one pint of sugar snap peas, and summer squash.
